Keneshia and Helping Hearts are a God-Send. The facility is immaculate, secure and peaceful (includ. the bathrooms, kitchen & laundryroom). The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The first time we utilized their services, I came away feeling quite confident about how my elder was cared for. Keneshia even printed out and sent me pictures so I could see what a good time they were having. The lanai out back is everything!
The Facility Is Very Clean And Provides High Quality Patient Care. The Staff Has Great Hospitallity And Provides Excellent Services. The Owner Keneshia Provides Great Amenities And Go Above And Beyond For Her Patients.
Very clean place feels like hm staff gose out their way to make sure u have everything u need and want with n reason feels like family if u know anyone looking for assisted living this is the place
The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. The place is always clean and pleasant. My dad is doing extremely better since he came here and well kept up. Yes I recommend this place.
I'm happy with Helping Heart. The staff are very nice. The food is really good. And they accommodate my electric guitar playing and also set up a smoking area. What's not to like?
