I had a terrible experience with Helping Hands. They were unprofessional, missed deadlines, and left a huge mess behind. The roof started leaking just weeks after the job was ‘finished,’ and getting them to come back for repairs was nearly impossible. Poor communication and even worse workmanship. Avoid at all costs!
Helping Hands did an outstanding job on our roof. Their workers went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job on our roof, they painstakingly cleaned up around the house to the point where it looked better when they left then when they started. The owner, Travis showed up several times to see how things were going and very much cares about his business. Thank you for your great workmanship!
I have been attempting to sell a house and a Buyer's Home Inspector claimed the roof was in need of replacement. I lost the sell. I called Helping Hands Roofing based on them being a Owens-Corning preferred contractor and the positive reviews both on Google and at the Owens-Corning website. They came out, inspected the roof thoroughly, and reaffirmed my thoughts and my own Home Inspector's opinion. Aub was great, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I called them out for a quote to repair/replace the flashing around my chimney. He showed me exactly where the problem was (fairly minor and an easy DIY), what it would cost me to have his team take care of it, but also gave me the option to save money and take care of it myself. He even show me the exact materials he uses and gave me a handful of nails to get started! Lindsey, Aub and crew are an excellent team. They handled all the hard details of the job that made it worry-free for me. They worked well with insurance too. The beautiful finished product and cleanup after was excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
