My roof was bizarrely dipping where the porch roof met the house. Aub was the only person I got a quote from who acknowledged that he wouldn't be able to tell the actual cause for the dipping until the shingles were removed. (Spoilers: It turned out that the roof trusses hadn't been adequately secured to the house itself during construction ~100 years ago, and were starting to pull away, so if it hadn't been fixed the porch might literally have fallen off the house.) This was our first time using helping hands roofing. Our ceiling was leaking and Aub came out the same day to replace tiles and seal rusted nails while the rest of his team was on another job. When that didn't fix the problem he came back found us a contractor to help us get attic access, identified the problem and fixed it within a week of our 2nd call. It was above and beyond service that I think you can rely on when using Aub and his team.
