The worst company ever ! My grandma was with this company for 6 years. The worst experience ever . The owner plays with your money. She has horrible attitude. Her staff the payroll person phaneshia is horrible person. She rude, she don’t answer your emails or questions. They all are horrible . The only one who was helpful in 6 years was miss Muhammad . I wouldn’t recommend them to any one. They never sent nurse out for my granny . They send a regular staff to take pressure once 3 months. Don’t take your family here !
Another agency wasting my time. Their worker came over scheduled a day w me to help me then told the. She couldn't handle my lassie dogs and IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK. Clearly when you break 2 ankles 1 in Aug 2021 find a missed fx in Feb 2022 then break your right ankle in April for 2 broken ankles at the same time and have achiles tears and other falls tearing your meniscus the house will need a lot of work. They have been very helpful in helping me with a family member services and care. Also helped me get items I needed very badly for my care.
The worse company. They are so unprofessional. They take forever to get you a person. They also go under the name Heart to Heart. Save yourself a headache.
