I first met Larisa and Helping Hands over a decade ago when my grandmother was in her final year. It was a relief when we needed to find a care home for my father-in-law very quickly this year that I could reach out to them, knowing they are great at what they do. They are not professional at all and very rude as well as threatening for legal action over a couple dollars. I would not recommend or use this agency for anything in the near future, you would think that the higher up people would be an example for their employees but their actions are unacceptable especially when working with the elderly.
Larisa who is the owner, is compassionate and friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She took her time with me as i was completely overwhelmed and stressed of having to find a good new home for my mother. I would absolutely recommend this company without question
We were referred to Helping Hands for Seniors by Kaiser to help our 95 year old father who is declining with serious dementia and many physical problems. Overall we have been very pleased both with the home care providers and Helping Hands. Helping Hands also set us up with Comfort Hospice who has also been amazing. My father is getting a ton of help and i couldn’t be happier that i was referred to Helping Hands.Special thanks to Larisa.She made the entire process easy.Thank you so much
