What started out as a strong in-home ABA service for my child has now fallen apart with lack of supervision and proper handling of employee retention. Very quick employee training before putting them into the home, a revolving door of behavioral technicians, and that coupled with no dedicated BCBA for their Stamford office, leaves their clients with no support or dependability during our sessions or beyond. I love HHF. I feel like a more well rounded individual thanks to this welcoming and educational service. I can’t describe how much Colleen and the rest of the team has impacted my life for the better. I hope that one day they see this and know how much of a positive influence they had on me and continue to have on all their clients.
