My daughter was diagnosed at 2 with Autism. She has been in ABA for over a year now since she turned 3 1/2. She has gone from super shy to a social butterfly. The therapy she gets is top notch and worth the wait. It could take up to a year on the waiting list for care but hold out for the best around the area it’s worth it!
My son has been attending Helping Hands for a little over 6 months now and wow I have seen such a change in him! He is nonverbal but has learned some sign language from them to help him communicate. He also is matching pictures and his purposeful play has improved greatly! I can't say enough good things about helping hands! They have great communication with parents on a daily basis. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Helping Hands Family. From the admin staff, to the BCBAs and RBTs, our son has gotten top notch care from day 1. We have seen a very noticeable difference in our son’s development since working with Helping Hands. My daughter gotten thrown out of daycare on Halloween due to her autism diagnosis. Was trying to figure out what else I could do to help her. When I found out there’s autism clinics, I gotten my daughter onto the waiting list and didn’t take long.
