Absolutely amazing facility and staff.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I sent a company-wide email about inconsistent hours for full-time RBTs at Helping Hands Family, an ABA company. I worked at the Columbia, MD clinic. Instead of addressing anything I said, they deleted the email, pretended nothing happened, and had the regional manager/director Breck Stanley follow me to every room I was in today. My son has been attending Helping Hands Wyomissing for about a year now. He does 2 full days and the other days they go to see him at his preschool. I could go on and on about how wonderful it has been for my son. The progress he has made in a short time makes me want to cry happy tears every day. We are beyond grateful to our HH family! I highly recommend HH to anyone that is looking to get their child into ABA. :)
