Extremely unreliable. For 3 days I have been trying to get a replacement. Don't bother leaving a message they will not reply. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone don't believe them. So if you have nothing better to do and sit around the house waiting for them to show up I guess helping hands is the place. Just be prepared to wait for a long time.
