If I could give them a zero I would. I have not had any good experiences with this dentist's office. I had a small gum filling done a couple of months ago (it was very painful) the young dentist did not offer to give me a shot to numb the area. She had done the procedure and it was very painful and uncomfortable. She wanted to do two more fillings that day and I said that I could not take it anymore to stop. I went today(1-16-2024) to get the other two small fillings done when I went in I was telling the new dental assistant... read more

I have been going to Helping Hands dental for a few years now and today was the first filling I have had to have, and I have to say, It was the BEST experience I have EVER had having a filling. I was nervous at first, but they calmed my nerves and best of all I didn't feel a thing. Not even the shot to numb it because they gave me a numbing agent first... Thank you Helping hands for helping me to relax. I mean I could actually feel my body relaxing because there was nothing to fear.

I was treated horribly there. i have anxiety issues and the main dentist lady yelled at me and wouldn't let me speak. She even laughed at me. I will be reporting her. I suggest going somewhere else this place is terrible.

When I went in for a filling it was suggested that we pull the tooth. She accidentally busted the crown right behind it. She then suggested we pull that one as well. I declined. I went to a different clinic to try and get another crown but it was too costly. I then had to get that one extracted and then had to get dentures. I would not suggest this clinic. There is one in Bay City as well as Mt. Pleasant.
