Mazal from pay roll department should be fired. She is rude and professional. Always have attitude on the phone, leaving really bad taste for people to even work there. management please do something about her anger management. She truly needs help

Don’t go to this agency!!!!! I set up an appointment to drop off documents because on their website it says they have pediatric cases available, when I got there is another story. No pediatric case. Completely wasted my time and no one knows what they’re doing with misleading information. The atmosphere isn’t welcoming. Don’t ask how many days can an individual be able to work if there’s only number of days you them to work before you can fill up an application.

Customer service operator needs a lot of training. Returned a call to the agency Aton 8.2.24 around 9:50 am. Was put on hold for 8 minutes before being disconnected by the company. Returned the call again, only to be connected with a seemingly annoyed, condescendingly glib operator. I will not be consulting with this company and thank them for making the decision so easy.
