These guys are honest! I had another local company out that stated the whole system needed replacement and their was nothing they could do. Sean and Ryan came and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and had me up and running within the hour. They showed me how the systems work and the cause of my problem. I am following their recommendations from now on! The best locals guys around.
Great service at a very fair price. I called them because the A/C went out in our rental house in Ontario and with the hot days we wanted to get it fixed quickly. Looked for near by A/C service techs, saw helping hands was local and had good reviews. Called and spoke to Sean who said he could come out the next day and take a look at it. He was great from the start. Professional, courteous, & friendly! Not only did he fix my problem but he took his time to make sure what my problem was, trouble shoot & did try to charge for things I didn't need. He waited around afterwards to make sure everything was working fine & gave me tips on how to maintain my unit. You can't beat his service or price I just recommend him to my Father-In-Law!!!

Very friendly, and knowledgable, explained everything that was going on with my ac and charged less than another company wanted just to come out. Highly recommend.
Great company, no service call fee to come out and check my Ac unit, found problem quickly and gave me a super fair estimate, showed me the problem (blown capacitor) and explained why this part failed (dirty filter and ac coil). Also my unit was over charged with freon causing it not to run efficently (last company out last year added freon and charged me for it) Sean the technician explained you can't get proper readings without the filter and unit being clean.
