Scare tactics were used to sell a home warranty to my 80-year-old Mother, who had taken out a reverse mortgage. Sales rep ****** ******* berated my mother, who was confused as to why she needed to take out a home warranty to be compliant with her reverse mortgage. This was a total **** because a home warranty is NOT required when you take out a reverse mortgage. This guy should be fired for treating elderly people this way. Their verbage is misleading, and I have asked them numerous times to remove us from their mailing list. This company has sent multiple threatening and deceptive notices. They make it seem like you will be in violation of your reverse mortgage if you dont get their service. They even used the name of the company his reverse mortgage is through. Their name is in very small print at the bottom of the page. He has called multiple times to be taken off the list. They tell him they will and still send mailings. For elderly people this confuses them and makes them give them their money when they dont have to. Very deceptive business ... read more

I don't give them even a half of a star. 0 stars. Received a threatening letter from them. I called them to get info from them. Spoke to the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Her screaming child was in the background so I could barely here what she was saying. Told me to give her my credit card info. and I said no. I receive mail from this company weekly stating that my propertys home warranty is expiring, and I need to get coverage updated. I do not have home warranty with this company, and when I called to have my information deleted from their records, they hung up on me. I called again, and was yelled at because I asked them to stop sending me mail and to delete my records. I have no idea how they obtained my name and address.
