My daughter attends Counseling here and I am unable to obtain her records, including dates seen, etc. I have equal rights to these records, however I will need an entire Family Court Trial to force Helping Associates to comply with my Court order. My daughter does like her Counselor, but unfortunately the Counseling is not helping our relationship. I find the staff to be both combative and unhelpful. This is not helping my family.

Yep, both my kids go here and receive zero progress. If anything, I'd say it's backward progress. I questioned it a lot. Unfortunately, I just now started looking into it, and I see they absolutely shouldn't have been conducting business.

My adult Autistic, Type 1 Diabetic, Transgender, ADHD, son saw Carolyn. He was very nervous and uncomfortable. Carolyn told him he was bipolar. He has been through extensive testing throughout his life and is very clearly and obviously autistic and has never been diagnosed with or displayed symptoms of bipolar. Carolyn was very triggering and overwhelming for him and he was in distress when he left. I thank my higher self for giving me the courage and guidance, that guided me to Helping Associates!!! I give praise to their therapist and staff!!! Google doesn't have enough stars, because Helping Associates deserves all the stars that are in Heaven!!! Wm D Brooks

Sometimes, there are great counselors here. They are now very difficult to deal with. I can't seem to get an answer on questions I have or requested information. I was very impressed at first, but, as time has gone on, it has been harder and harder to work with them.
