Kathy and her team were fantastic after my sister and I reached out for help with our grandfather. After caring for him for over 10 years it became to much towards the end. End stages of life are not fun, but the team helped guide and care for our grandfather as if he was their own. Stepping in and helped make the most effective care plan to keep him in his home.
