I have been living (if this can be considered living) at Ocotillo Apartments in Phoenix Arizona. This is one of Helpful Housing LLC properties. This has been the worst year of my entire life. In December I had my car stolen. The gates were not working. On march 29th, I fell throwing out the trash. The receptacle was full of construction materials.
