They take bad pics of listings and overprice homes and I was told by other realtors they also charge low fees for sellers which is why they give bad service to them with no good marketing. Shame on them for making it hard for realtors to make any money and charging so cheap for listings. The realtors work hard and now have to earn less than 2% on each sale because of cheap listers like them oh wow.
First time buying a home. Marianne took the time to explain all the paperwork, answer the many questions I had throughout the process and created a comfortable environment. If you are looking to buy a home, Marianne is the one agent I would recommend to my family and friends.
