I originally listed my home with RedFin and had a terrible experience. It was my first time selling a home and the agent suggested a list price it way under value. It even caused my RedFin estimated home value to decrease accordingly after the RedFin listed it at the lower price (under market by 40k) and I could the price history change on their website.
