Eric is an extremely rude individual. His initial vibration was very low over the phone... I went ahead with the property valuation which Eric refused to call an appraisal.... Upon his arrival the negative energy was palpable... the guy was supposed to be taking pictures of bedrooms and bathrooms .....instead he was looking underneath the sink, in the toilet & closets. The guy totally missed a bedroom. He was walking around like he'd been here previously. I should have followed my intuition because it never steers me wrong.
It was a pleasure working with Eric. He made the whole process seamless and professional. The house sold in 2 weeks. We saved over $7500. I highly recommend Eric to sell your home
