I have been waiting almost 2- months to receive my hearing aid that was a warranty replacement. I call the Wixiom store daily and no one answers phone. This is where I purchased hearing aids fir 4000 dollars a year and a half ago. This is very poor business . It really sucks making payments monthly on something I can’t use because I lost the right one . I purchased a warranty when I brought them guaranteed replacement in 2 weeks.
RecommendedDr Needham is excellent. Appointment was easy to get. He solved our issue quickly. Highly recommend.
Your service center went to extreme measures to try to solve my hearing problem
Dr. Needham listened, heard me loud & clear, addressed my needs ... hoping these hearing aids help me to eliminate the "huh, what & excuse me," in my vocabulary.
I recently purchased hearing aids from Dr. Tim Needham. I would definitely recommend this center to everyone. I can now hear things that I didn’t know I couldn’t hear. Dr Tim is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. Thanks for all your help and pleasant experience!
My mom recently got hearing aids from HUH! - Dr. Tim Needham and our experience was above and beyond our expectations! She is legally blind so Dr. Tim made home visits for her evaluation and fitting. He started by flushing out her ears and that alone helped improve her hearing. Dr. Tim is very knowledgeable, personable and patient! The hearing aids are very easy for my mom to use and wearing them has made a dramatic difference in her relationships! Thank you Dr Tim!!! :) I highly recommend HUH! & Dr. Tim!
