Took about a month after filling out a questionnaire in office. Appointment for intake finally came due to be reaching out, Now two weeks later no word of an actual appointment, Thank lord I wasn’t sitting on a ledge waiting for help. I’ll rather use a one of these trendy apps like Better Help and Rula. And it sucks that it’s a Black Business smh
I would rate this place a ZERO if it was an option. A family member was recommended to this place through their attorney to do court ordered therapy. They have been requesting a counseling report to provide to the court for their case. It has been almost 2 weeks and no return phone calls, email, or report. Every time they call it is the same run around story. This place is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I’m more annoyed at the fact I told them my business and they have yet to give me a therapist 2 weeks later , I care about my mental health and it’s already annoying and hard enough to try to find a good therapist, not a lot of good ones out there … a lot of them are doing it for a check , they don’t wanna help . Don’t waste your time please .

I was recommended by a family member to come here and find a therapist. Three sessions in and I know I will be coming here so long as they’re open! My therapist Keshia is very warm, understanding, and challenging. I feel very comfortable with her. Yusef did my entry interview and is usually there when I get there.
