Don't call these guys. They were supposed to come out last month for an a/c tune up. They called and cancelled that day because too many people with contracts had a/c problems. They rescheduled us for weeks later. They cancelled again today to say the same thing. Terrible customers service. I would never use them, much less be a contract customer.
Help came out to replace our furnace last February for almost $3k and signed us up for a monthly subscription because it would have given us a discount on our services that day. They have been out twice for a "Free" check up on our AC unit since then. The first time they had to add fluid to "keep it running smoothly" and it cost us $250. Nothing worked better and our AC struggled more it seemed during the hottest summer days. Call someone else! We had a sewer draining problem in the basement, it's been an issue for a while and we knew we need to get a lining done. So I called Help because of the drain cleaning special. The first technician came out and broke his equipment off in the sewer line. Then we had to wait 3 days for a camera guy to come, for a fee, and he recommended their high pressure cleaning which he said would get the roots out and clean the line. Tony Mirizzi is polite and extremely knowledgeable about his craftsmanship. I recommend his service to anyone looking for straight forward advice and thorough attention to details. No aspect of our transaction was left unexplained or misunderstood.
