We had such a great experience with Help Me Move! The communication was excellent from the initial booking right through to the end of our move. I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. On the positive side, the 3-mover crew was professional and somewhat kind, and they took great care of my belongings. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged during the move, which I appreciated.However, the speed of the service was entirely unacceptable. Moving a 2-bedroom apartment to another location just 20 minutes away should never take an entire day. Instead, the crew dragged the process out for 8 full hours.
