My Son has made tremendous strides! I highly recommend!
We did not end up needing services but Patty was great in helping us evaluate if our son needed services and following up with us to check in on how he was doing. I appreciated this as the first practice we were referred to never returned our voicemails.
What started off fantastic plummeted real quickly, this facility could never bill me correctly I was always get giant bills even when I had insurance, I would pay hundreds out of pocket only to come back the next week and have hundreds more due and nobody could give an explanation as to why, I would ask for payments to go through on Wednesdays and the new billing person Harriet never billed me and then acted confused why it didn't go through a month and a half later, Patty would rush appts terribly, not allow anyone to wait ... read more
I can not say enough positive things about Patty and the experience we have had at Help Me Grow. Patty does an incredible job engaging with my daughter and pushing her to work hard, but making it so fun that she doesn't even realize how hard she is working. Her ability to engage with my daughter, even when she is having a more emotional day has been nothing short of magical to see. We have a long road ahead of us and I am so thankful that we found Help Me Grow to be part of our support team on our journey!
My daughter had OT with Sam for a few months and she always looked forward to her "Mister Sam" days! His work with her was the perfect addition to help her transition out of day care and into Kindergarten, and she is thriving! I can't say enough nice things about Sam and the Help Me Grow crew! :)
