Bria called me yesterday because I asked my midwife for resources to assist me through this pregnancy. I had no idea what service or resource was being offered from this company (still don’t), but when I asked her to repeatedly clarify what it was she was trying to sign me up for, she began to talk to me like I was dumb. Hire people who actually want to help expecting mothers (first time or otherwise). Horrible experience. Thank you.
