Honest and Friendly – My laptop was infected and need it back in a hurry! They fixed my problem and i had it back in 48hrs. I never had a problem fixed at "OTHER" repair shops this fast. Thanks!

RIP OFF AND ARGUMENTATIVE – THESE GUYS PROMISE A WARRANTY ON THEIR WORK IF A PROBLEM ARISES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THEIR SERVICE DATE. the problem re-appeared the next day. They couldn't fix it and refused to refund the considerable hourly fee they charged my business. the owner became extremely agitated and argumentative when i questioned the warranty policy. Helpful and honest – Thank you to Mark at HelpMe Computers! I had a simple issue with an easy-to-order part that was damaged. Being a computer neophyte, he could have easily swindled me, but after running their basic diagnostic test, he assured me that I could order the part cheaper directly from the manufacturer (instead of going through his middle-man), and the problem would be resolved (and it is now!).
