I've visited Help for Health and loved every minute!! I usually do not have time to leave comments unless I have truly been "WOW'd and impressed, and Kathi and her team WOW'd me!!! I left feeling like a new woman. Kathi and her team make you feel welcomed and educate you on how to get and stay healthy. Their Detox plan is 100% worth every penny and that new spaceship looking CVAC machine you sit in for 20 minutes really worked!!! I will be back every week!

Fantastic staff, very professional and knowledgeable! Great deals on great treatments. The team goes out of their way to help you and they really care. Its a gem of a place. I do the Cryo, there twice a week and it has changed my recovery time for working out, decreased my inflammation.
I'm disappointed with my experience with the V-steam. I obtained severe steam burns last week Friday, 9/30/2016 on both upper inner thighs which are now infected! Either the steam was too high or the 1.5 hrs I was left on the steamer was too long. I Just left urgent care with prescription burn ointment and dressings to apply 2x day and oral antibiotics to take every 6 hrs for 7 days. Kathi was notified last week regarding my burns. Location was odd to me at first, but the facility is well-equipped and later out with everything needed. Kathi is very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my services. Definitely will be returning again....

Cryo is everything! We travel 1-2 times a week from Annapolis, MD for Cryosauna. Cathy and her son are great! Cryo has helped my son with Post Concussion Syndrome, strengthened our immune system (no fall allergy symptoms), and got me out of a walking cast 4 weeks sooner then Orthapedic doc anticipated. The endorphin release lasts well into the week...forget happy hour just Cryo!!!❄️❣ Bye, bye chronic inflammation, hello great health!!
