They employ caregivers that can barely read. Their manager cares more about her Public Image than the clients she is supposed to care about. If she thinks you are getting uppity; she will fire you. You can be loyal, cover shifts , take over for people that clients have complained about . I I reported and took picture s of a client’s situation where he was at risk and as a mandated reporter that is my duty . I asked her to please see that the appropriate agencies were advised.
