Amber does a wonderful job with the on-boarding process and making everyone feel welcome.
Amber was amazing with our onboarding process!! Very pleasant.
Whenever you attempted to call caseworker, they were always unavailable and never responded to messages left. Tried to get the worker the rest of the available hours, help at home never responded to ours or the workers calls. The worker was awesome, but the help at home office, was unresponsive and most of all, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! L
