Amber is really sweet, patient, and professional. She helped me alot during my training and orientation process.
Terrible experience with Dixon office, I met a wonderful caregiver named Tasha. I've called for almost 2 weeks requesting her to no avail and I desperately need help. I'll be filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau to get them to do their jobs.

They judge on pass and wont give you hours or let you tell them about issues you had going on. For example my dad passed away in January and I didn't even get to tell them about it because they never answered when I called or called back they kept giving me the run around. They hang up on you when you try to tell then about issues you have
I received good training and great on boarding experience. I had plenty of questions and the staff helped me thu the process. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾.
