You know...I really wanted this to work. But not only is the receptionist so unprofessional and uncaring I thought it was a joke... But he supervisor is rude and pushy. He made it very clear that he just wants the money for the case and doesn't care about privacy or respect. I am looking for a company that does they deserve my business by knowing HIPPA laws and respecting my family's wishes... But these dudes cannot even respect my questions about if they have a caregiver for a certain town, I would be crazy to let their bak... read more
