It was nice to work with at Schaumburg location. Until the new supervisor joined the company Michele took over the account. Everything is changed. They are always under staff. When we ask to help on short days. The same answers every time from her. don't have people we can't help you. We had to find caregiver and work with them to do the schedule . We were doing all jobs for her. Then She complained about a lot work and very complicated. We can't see her has any passion and love to do this work at HELP at HOME.
Worse agency I have ever dealt with, they are very under staff, do not return phone calls, do not provide coverage if care giver goes off on extended vacations. My 92 year old mother never has enough care for all the hours needed and when I call they transfer my calls to answering machines, do not call back or hang up on me. We are only with them because we like one care giver but she can not cover all the hours because she has too many patients.
I have 2 elderly parents and I have had nothing but superb service.
Horrible Horrible experience, was sent for a random drug test to this location, has no one available for the test, no one knows when the person who does the drug testing will be in, may or may not be on vacation... How do you have one person in the company know how to do a job, everyone should be crossed trained... needless to say they will no longer be getting business from me or anyone else that needs to be referred here.
Absolutely worst agency in the world. They lie to get rid of the person if they do not like the work. They don't show up on time. With camera's in the house they make up stories about the person they are to give care to. They don't want the state to know how low care service they give so they can continue to get money and more people. HATE HATE HATE. WORST SERVICE EVER....
