I have had many Caregivers and now I have the best one jamie does excellent work she always at work she makes sure I'm well taken care of she should be notice of the good work she does thank you help at home for the best Caregiver

I have a helper named Jamie, she is the sweetest person I have ever had helped me. Most are it's a job. Not her she makes it so comfortable and easy to talk to. She thinks of everything cause I am forgetful, if she sees it needs done she does the extra. I never thought it could be so easy. I guess you got to get the right company and helper. Thank you guys.

Communication is and has been an issue for this company for years. They never have workers and you never get a call back. They constantly mess up the schedule and you never know who the scheduler is. Turn over rate is ridiculous. Worst company. Lies. Bs. Fraud. Most of the reviews are from employees who complain when their at your house.

Unlike the majority of reviews above I didn't get paid for mine. As a parent who needed staff and someone who worked there this place is awful. Very unprofessional and unorganized . During covid I worked as staff and was paid late several times. I could go on but I am glad I found a new place for my son to get staff and pays employees A LOT better.
