Fabulous company to work for! You won't find a company that cares about you as much as they care about their clients! The owners are just amazing!
Don't work here. You'll have to chase your money every week. Getting them todo anything in the office, like update an address is impossible. I've been trying to get them to do that for weeks now which affects my paycheck. Don't waste your time. Looking for a new agency and getting away from here ASAP
Having horrible issues as the client and my care aide. I DO NOT recommend. Been trying with them for years, but it's only getting worse. There is no help for me from this agency or for my aide. They are basically a payroll company. Pointless. We're leaving asap.
So me and my husband were there having our anniversary breakfast and I was taken back to see one of the customers who works for help at home scream and shout curse words all bc he misheard one of the cooks in the back and thought they said something crazy I heard what they said and it wasn't what he claimed was being said and in the presence of a young individual with mental disabilitys. This is the worst agency I have seen in my entire life they are uncaring not compassionate and incompetent as a client it's scary to work with a company you can't contact I called them for a whole week before someone responded to me and the reason given was the messages weren't checked I would not recommend this agency to anyone that actually needs help they are not reliable and are a waste of time I'm truly disgusted
