This office is horrible down to the supervisors especially the African American ones they don’t stick together and treat other black women poorly especially one name Genesis

I don't know what these little girls problems are maybe they don't have their mother's. I had a issue with a supervisor from the Englewood office. They don't like to pay Me. I took security with me so I would not catch a case.
This was the worst experience ever. I am what they call a Preferred Caregiver, meaning I provide care for a family member. When I originally joined HAH I had an OUTSTANDING Supervisor. Even with her heavy caseload, she managed to give me and all her cases individualized attention. I became a target of a new supervisor trying to make points. She literally told me and I am quoting: THAT'S NOT YOUR MOTHER! SHE IS JUST A CLIENT. AND YOU ARE JUST A WORKER. Those are fighting words. I don't play about my money or my Momma. Horrible buisness they never have clients. The supervisors are just rude everytime but that’s just I guess how people from Chicago are. Please do not waste your time. They lack experience and professionalism
I wish I could give a triple ZERO ‼️These people are a hot mess. 1st. of all I dedicated myself to a 3 day UNPAID ORIENTATION! BOGUS AS HELL ‼️To finish 3 weeks ago and still no clients. I was told I don’t have work because I declined to use my car to transport clients to and from appointments or errands. This is something that should have been communicated in orientation. (Let me go back) They INSIST that you be there at 8am and you can’t even get in the building at 8, the person conducting the orientation is not there at 8... read more
