I have only been with this agency for almost two weeks and have already experienced several concerns with my assigned caregiver. I currently receive services three days per week for approximately four to five hours per day, so reliability and consistency during those scheduled hours are very important. Thank You. I see now why hath has been giving me crap. They get what they give. I was trying to take my Mom to another agency as well. Thank You for sharing. I don't know what these little girls problems are maybe they don't have their mother's. I had a issue with a supervisor from the Englewood office. They don't like to pay Me. I took security with me so I would not catch a case.
