Terrible supervisors don’t care about the clients nor the caregivers
I was hired at the beginning of January I was told it would only take a month to wait on them to switch offices I have been patient went through all training and everything they sent a message saying orientation for January would be limited i never got 1 call or anything about orientation or anything else for that matter February is Almost over so I would be waiting almost 2 months to start this job it’s ridiculous I could have been applying to more jobs instead of trying to complete their training and onboarding process wit... read more
Honestly not even deserve to have half of a star very low budget service they hire you in the system but on black and white you never work no paycheck they are scamming people so they can get government funding money and if you was receiving public aid you loose your cash stamps and medical and they don't care about the pain and depression you're going through.
Kenia is awesome! She always assists with clients and home care aids. She goes out of her way and is always accessible! The staff at the East Side office is terrific! I highly recommend working with them.
