I have been working for H@H since they opened on Ewing Ave. My supervisor is Jamie and I love her. She is always there when I need her even when its not about work and when my daughter passed away last year she reached out to me as a friend and a mother. She truly cares about the caregivers on her team. Thank you Jamie

She replies swiftly and is very understanding about family issues that may have raised.Jamie is always on top of scheduling and making sure everything goes smoothly with any changes or adjustments that have ever needed to be made. I am a caregiver and have been with them over ten years and it is a great place to work . My complaint is with one supervisor in particular, Jamie. She is always non-responsive. When our regular caregiver has to take off, I am stuck with trying to find care for my mother. On the rare occasion that I can reach her, and she sends someone, it's at the wrong time!!! When I call, her mailbox is always full. I leave a text, she will not respond.
