I started with this company in December of 2025 for home care. I was contacted by Carmen and it didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job. I went through many caretakers that were young and they didn’t want to do their job. All they wanted to do was sit on the couch and be on their phone. For starters I wouldn’t give this disgusting company the one star it made me give them to write this review. I worked through this agency for my grandmother who suffers from dementia. Long story short I had MANY MANY encounters with an abusive family member (intimidating, always swearing at myself and my grandmother, calls us names, makes fun of my weight etc) I have felt unsafe around this family member and tried reaching out to my “Supervisor” CARMEN VELASQUEZ WHO DID NOTHING WHILE I WAS PLEADING FOR HELP.
