Don't recommend... different experiences, hugely negative, other family members agreed and have called n complained w zero results, the concern of manipulation and even the family member that interacts w the help has voiced concern and still nothing done.. could list tons more issues but why, if ignored and unresolved!! Be mindful these are elderly family members, who can't hear well or quick to get up and prove the issues they speak of. .. or brushed off as dementia, crazy , etc..

I am an employee at the Decatur, IL location. I have truly enjoyed working at this location and the people I work with. I think that they truly care about their employees and clients. The supervisors came from being caregivers in the field and I feel like that makes a huge difference in the way that they handle their tasks with the caregivers and clients. The Branch Manager and Office Staff are very helpful and like to have fun with their job and it really makes all the difference.
