This place they need to training their communication skills how to talk to people politely. Today I apply a form for job, the form helper lady with short hair that work at first cubicle, speaking fluently Cantonese, she doesn’t know what is RESPECT meaning, the whole communication she keep interrupting me if i have any questions and saying ‘I just told you ‘, I don’k know why she’s so rude, you sitting there is to helping people Not teaching them! Be more patient and kind as a human being!!
I 100 percent agree with the claims of racism at the Cermak location . The supervisor , Ms Joey Lee ( not sure if spelled the first name right ) actually told me they had no one that spoke English that could take care of my English speaking mom . they dropped my mom as a client without her having any care in place for my mother even though they were fully aware that she is 83 and homebound and it is a safety risk . They are very racist and I called before I went to office and they was told to come in got there the lady was very rude and said they only hire Chinese but hold on they’ll try and get to me I walked right out very unprofessional if u ask me
