The communication is terrible. As a client I should be notified if someone is off or replaced as a stroke victim I don't talk or hear very well. I sat outside in the heat to let someone in who wasn't coming. I called the company to leave a message Never received a call back or anything I would hope that many veterans receive better treatment than I am getting
Was promised 21 hours a week and got11 with more than 2 sitting. Still no or showing up as I said before the communication stinks Good thing neighbors cared more than this company. Yeah they lose time but I lose much needed service. Therè is a reason I want daily chores done I have heard too often I will do it tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes The people doing meal prep need to learn how to use a strainer instead of a tablespoon and follow directions U got 3 layers of skin scalded due to not using a strainer.
