All the 5 star reviews appear to be from employees regarding training. Yet, they never seem to have enough workers. I've been 4 hrs short for months now. Ever since they made the personnel changes back in March, there is NO communication! Nobody answers when you call nor do they return messages. It was much better when Linda was handling my area. The communication is terrible. As a client I should be notified if someone is off or replaced as a stroke victim I don't talk or hear very well. I sat outside in the heat to let someone in who wasn't coming. I called the company to leave a message Never received a call back or anything I would hope that many veterans receive better treatment than I am getting
Was promised 21 hours a week and got11 with more than 2 sitting. Still no or showing up as I said before the communication stinks Good thing neighbors cared more than this company. Yeah they lose time but I lose much needed service. Therè is a reason I want daily chores done I have heard too often I will do it tomorrow.
