It's ok so far.
To me this company is the best there is! The office staff is superb and very friendly, they had a get together today for the caregivers and their clients and all who attended had a great time including me. People who give (help at home) a bad review are thached in the head and maybe should not be out driving because their world is not this real world. If I could give help at home 10 stars I'd give them 15!
I’m an employee here and love it!!! The staff is amazing. And they communicate very well!!
Help at Home closed their home health aid services Due to staffing problems. This was effective November 18 and I was not notified until November 6. I did not get the state required 15 day notice. I was also supposed to receive a list of providers that would take over care and I did not receive this until 10 November. So I can’t help at home on the 15th and find out that my brothers plan of care was never submitted to the state for approval.
