Dr. Renee is truly an amazing dentist, and her entire team is just as wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Renee takes her time, explains everything clearly, and has such a gentle, reassuring approach. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and it felt warm and comforting! Dr. Renee and the entire staff were second to none and I am so glad we found them for our kids. My daughter loves going to see “the squirrel doctor” and my son loved getting to watch his favorite movie and sing along with Dr. Renee while they were working. Would give way more than 5 stars if there was an option!
We had to do an extraction for my daughter and as a parent, i have to admit i was a bit nervous. But the way they handled everything and how they made my daughter feel during the procedure feel so at ease. It gave me a peace of mind and assurance that she was in great hands! the high level of hospitality at this practice from all staff is amazing!
Helotes Children’s Dentistry deserves every star and more! My seven-year-old had a phrenectomy here last week, and everything went absolutely perfect. The surgery was quick and smooth, the doctors and dentists were incredible, and both the front and back office staff were so kind and professional.
