Just wanted to share that these are great people with wonderful service. I drive a new GMC but have all my service done here because they are so much better than the Chevy Dealerships!!

Huge shout out to the Helmuth team. Both Tyler and Nick were not only professional but I felt like family. They were able to fix my P/U right away, thanks to Trent. Trent definitely is a top mechanic. Josh was very patient with me. Answered every question I had and never showed any signs of being upset. I will definitely be back to purchase a Truck. Thank you guys for the great experience....

I’ve never bought a vehicle here or used any of their services, but while I’m stuck home unable to drive or walk due to surgery my wife got a flat tire. Trent Myers, one of their Service Technicians noticed my wife on the side of the road and stopped to help. He changed her tire, aired up the spare since it was low and even informed her of the safe speed limit on that type of spare. Went in for an oil change waited about an hour. Replaced my air filter, new rear wiper, and an oil change. Went to head home from getting it back and about 5 minutes out of town my explorer started to stutter while going up hills losing acceleration. Called ford told them what was going on they told me to bring it back. On my way back I lost all acceleration. Nick came out was gonna leave me the loaner vehicle and was gonna take my car back. He also had the same issues that I had.

My wife bought a used SUV from Helmuth and later she found a couple of small things wrong and then the SUV had a major wiring problem from the factory. Even though this was a used SUV and NONE of these problems were the fault of Helmuth Ford they stood behind all the repairs and their service manager and technician was both helpful and knowledgeable. On the whole Helmuth was more than fair to work it. I would highly recommend Helmuth Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or looking for service.
