Very distasteful experience at this business. Staff and owner disingenuous, deceitful, and aggressive against former patient. The staff and owner tried, unsuccessfully, to deny my eye insurance by providing misleading and untruthful information about me and the events of my dealings with the company. Very sad and incredibly mean-spirited, unprofessional, behavior. I simply don't understand how businesses can stay in business acting in this matter.
The optometrists overall have been pleasant, however my primary issue is the appointment policy. I was told recently that because I missed 2 appointments (no-show) that I can’t make any more appointments and am able only to call daily for a walk-in availability. That would have been a fair policy only I did not miss 2 appointments. I missed one due to having flu symptoms/high fever, and I called once I had my facilities.
