I moved to Lismore over 13 years ago and Helms and White were recommended to me by a born and bred local. I have a fear of dentists due to painful experiences in the past. I advised this up front. Graham Helms has at all times been kind, considerate and gentle. He has never, ever caused pain. I now get my teeth cleaned every six months and have no fear! I highly recommend this practice as the best I have found after many years of searching in Sydney before I moved.
The best dentist in the Northern Rivers. While other dentists send you up to the Gold Coast for specialty dental work, Helms and White are able to assist right here in Lismore. Very professional team.
