BEWARE! Don't go there! My 1.5 y/o Carrier heat pump runs constantly. 2-5min off every 3-4 hrs in heating to 68o.. 2-4 min off per hr with A/C and I can't get my house temp below 76o! The techs have been out many, many times over the last 6 months. The unit should have been replaced after the first 3 weeks but they've played around for 6 months!!! DO NOT USE HELMS!! So I bought a brand new townhome in March 2011 and the first winter in this new townhome the HVAC broke. So I called KB homes and they sent out Helms who installed the system. Took them over a week and five visits before they were able to fix it. Then in the summer my AC stopped working and once again I called KB homes who sent out Helms.
