They do not deliver the product you ordered. This company has the rudest and most hateful guy's you will ever meet. if your a woman you are treated like dirt under their feet! rude is not the word for these people. Never never would I buy from this hateful bunch of men. Oh he is the owner, must have ENOUGH money to not worry about customer service. 😡
I would not recommend Helm Hauling if you have a problem they are very rude the owner came over to my house and was rude from the beginning I tried to explain to him that we asked for crushed asphalt and he said that is what we got, I told no it is not because crushed asphalt is what we have on our road he interrupted me in the middle of me explaining to him that this is not what we ordered he then turned around and walked away from me and got in his truck I said I am the customer. Working as a licensed contractor in Florida for 21 years I seldom work with a company with such great service, is as dependable, and has such quality drivers.
Thank you for your great selection of rocks at an awesome price ($5 for a 5 gallon bucketful). And the fact that it goes to charity makes y'all the number one rock place in this area for me!
