I loved my experience at this practice with Dr. Helms. I came in distressed because my previous prescription from another office actually made my eyesight worse! But Dr. Helms took the time to test my vision and came up with a prescription that's perfect for me; I've never seen clearer. Also, her staff was lovely, polite, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses.
Very impressed with Dr. Helms and her staff. Look forward to working with them as long as we are in GR.
I just had my first eye exam ever, and the service here is fantastic! Dr Helms is super sweet, and so knowledgeable and helpful! Shameka was so patient with me and helped me pick out my glasses- I absolutely LOVE them and get so many compliments on them!!!! Everyone I worked with was so helpful and kind.
I have been going here for as long as I have needed glasses. Very impressed. Everyone in the office is very helpful and Dr. Helms is very down to earth and you can tell she wants what is best for you.
