Dr. Helms is Fabulous! He has been wonderful to work with in regards to my back issues as I get older. He keeps me informed and offers advice for exercises between visits. Following him to his new location in Bentonville.
My back was hurting so bad that i couldn't stand very long at work until i was hurting. I started going to Dr. Helms and after about 3 visits, i could stand for over 1/2 the night without hurting. I am getting even better as I go. He is really very friendly. I highly recommend him. Mary Strode
