I like the care I receive, but the office does not provide great online access to test results and appointments.

Dr. Helmhout is an amazing physician- one of the few doctors, who went into medicine to help patients rather than for the status of being a doctor. She actually cares about her patients. This is no 30 second visit . Dr. Helmhout takes her time, really listens to you and what you need. She takes a comprehensive history HERSELF. I have sat in her office 3 time she now for over an hour waiting to see her. If you ask your patients to be early, then don't run so late. It is disrespectful to your clients who are PAYING you. I will be finding a new doctor now.
She is the Best Dr in the world!!! She is very personable, caring, and she has been my dr over 10 years. I live in Byhalia,Ms and her office is in Oxford,Ms. I will follow her wherever she goes, if I have see a specialist I look for her to okay them. I thank God for her!!!!
