Loved my cut with Alex. I have (long) curly hair and didn’t come with much inspo besides wanting layers and volume. He stuck to it but added a little touch that made for a more interesting cut than I’ve had before. Will definitely go back for a similar cut once my layers grow out! He also said to give the salon a call if I thought something needed tweaking once my curls had fully dried and settled. It was reassuring but I have no complaints at all! I had been going to Helmet for years seeing Vincent, who was just so excellent. Since he left, I followed reviews to Yuka and was so delighted. I received a spa treatment which is a thorough head massage applying pressure to tension points that released so much stress in my face, head and neck.
