My first time in Beaumont and first time at Helmet. Really enjoyed the ambiance and eclectic vibe here and Maddie did a great job with my short haircut. She gave an excellent 3-step shampoo, listened to what I wanted and took the time to give me a precision cut with scissors. We chatted and she gave me great ideas for local restaurants. My stylist was very nice and sweet. But after my hair fully dried I was able to see she cut off 3-4 inches. She cut my length to my shortest layer and it's just a straight blunt cut across when all I needed was a light dusting of the ends. I was told twice before making the appointment she was comfortable/knowledgeable with type 3 hair.

I see Lauren and Kindra regularly, they have both been cutting and coloring my hair for about a year now. Kindra does an AWESOME job at coloring my hair fun, fantasy colors, Lauren is great at keeping my hair style just the way I like it. Today was the first time I brought my daughter (3 yrs) in for a haircut from Lauren, she did such a great job! I highly recommend Helmet Hair, I have never had a bad experience.
