I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist than I do at Dr. Chang's! I put on my intake that I have dentist anxiety and haven't taken good care of my teeth (I didn't see a dentist for 12 years!!) and there was zero judgement. My hygienist, Lauren, is so thoughtful AND thorough. To reduce my anxiety, she talked me through each part of the cleaning and told me that I could ask for a break at any time. Absolutely awesome experience, Dr. Chang and her team were extremely professional, gentle, and diligent. By far the best experience I've ever had.

The services I've had done have been great and the staff is great for the most part. Today the doc called me to tell me that tricare had not paid them for some x-rays from Juneof this year. I had called tricare in July about this issue and they assured me it was taken care of. Today when she called she said she called tricare dental and they said they had no record of me calling them. So the doc had me call them myself and get reference numbers for the times I tried to fix the problem. I did that only to find out THEY were b... read more
