Absolutely awesome experience, Dr. Chang and her team were extremely professional, gentle, and diligent. By far the best experience I've ever had.
The services I've had done have been great and the staff is great for the most part. Today the doc called me to tell me that tricare had not paid them for some x-rays from Juneof this year. I had called tricare in July about this issue and they assured me it was taken care of. Today when she called she said she called tricare dental and they said they had no record of me calling them. Dr. Chang is so amazing and very skilled! She was able to fix our son’s front tooth while he was traveling through Fairbanks, Alaska. His temporary front tooth had fallen out and the first dentist (Dr. Miller at Golden Heart Dentistry) wasn’t able to fix it, so we called Dr. Chang. They fit him in their schedule and saved him from having to travel 3 more weeks without his front tooth! Best dentist and customer service. Super friendly!
